Applicable to independently owned & chain Hotels, B&Bs & Self-Catering Apartments. All nominees should have an official accreditation with organisations such as Visit England.

To be considered within the hotel category, the establishment must have a minimum of five bedrooms, be fully licensed and offer dinner, concierge service & 24 hour reception. Additionally, all of the bedrooms must have an en-suite option or a private bathroom. - B&Bs / Guest Houses / Self Catering & Serviced Apartments
B&B / Guest House accommodation properties are likely to be smaller than hotels with more of a family home feel and approach. There may also be limited facilities and services to that offered by a Hotel.
Self-Catering and Serviced Apartments will offer accommodation that is self-contained with its own kitchen and bathroom facilities with Serviced Apartments offering some hotel services such as a maid service and concierge.
